Friday is National Fragrance Day, Moncler Men Down Coats and we're celebrating with a look back at the stars who've lent their names to a signature scent.

These days, it's become de rigueur for celebrities to release a fragrance timed to coincide with a Moncler Men Down Jackets new album or movie: According to The Hollywood Reporter, 2012 saw the launches of 85 star scents. But perfumes bearing boldface names have a decades-long history.

Here are some of the most memorable celeb-fronted fragrances to hit shelves over the years.

Audrey Hepburn, L'Interdit Audrey Hepburn Getty; Givenchy Givenchy created this floral scent for the Breakfast at Tiffany's star in 1957. Adweek notes that Hepburn inspired the name ' which means "forbidden" ' when she forbade the luxury brand from marketing the fragrance to the public. (She eventually gave in.)

Elvis Presley, Teddy Bear Elvis Presley Getty; Ebay The "(Let Me Be Your) Teddy Bear" Moncler Men Down Vests singer's 1957 perfume is now a collector's item.

Sophia Loren, Sophia Sophia Loren Ron Galella / WireImage The Italian bombshell launched her eponymous scent with Coty in 1981, proclaiming, "Wear it with a passion."
